3. Services Provided
Globo Auto Glass provides automotive glass services, including windshield repair and replacement, side window and rear glass replacement, as well as related services. We proudly serve a variety of customers, including:

Through our website and online platforms, we offer features such as requesting quotes, scheduling appointments, contacting our customer support team, and providing general information about our services ( Online Services ). While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information through our Online Services, the actual performance of automotive glass services is completed in person by our technicians, either at your location or at one of our service locations, depending on the service requested. Please note that submitting a quote request or scheduling an appointment through the Online Services does not guarantee service until confirmed by our team. Fleet accounts and commercial services may be subject to separate agreements or terms as required by the nature of the services provided.
Back glass: Vehicle that has a power rear liftgate after replacement of the back glass in some cases needs to replace the lift supports shocks struts or lock latch actuator. If needed to replace the price are not included.
4 – Access to and Use of the Services
We may change, pause, or stop any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. Some features may occasionally be unavailable. Certain parts of our Services may require you to access third-party platforms or use access codes provided by us. If you are given any login credentials, codes, or access information related to these platforms, you agree to keep them confidential and not share them with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under any accounts or access you receive from us. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use or security breach. We reserve the right to disable or revoke access at our discretion to protect the security and integrity of our Services.
5 – Promotions and Offers
Globo Auto Glass may run promotions, discounts, or special offers through various channels, including our website, social media platforms, and third-party platforms. These promotions are independent of each other and cannot be combined or used together, unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion. Customers are entitled to redeem only one promotion or offer per transaction, based on the promotion selected at the time of purchase or service request. In case of any conflict or questions regarding promotions, the terms posted on our official website and in our promotional materials will govern. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6 – Payments and Cancellations
We accept payments by cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle. By providing payment, you confirm that the information is correct and that you’re authorized to use that method. All payments, including down payments, are final and non-refundable. Once we place your order for glass or schedule your service, the down payment cannot be returned, even if you decide to cancel. Need to reschedule? No problem — you can reschedule your appointment at any time with no extra charge. If you prepaid in full and choose to cancel, a cancellation fee may apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. 7 – Photos and Media Use
From time to time, we may take photos of vehicles we service for use in marketing materials, including social media, website galleries, and advertisements. These images will never include identifiable personal information such as license plates or faces. By using our Services, you consent to the use of such photos for promotional purposes. If you prefer that photos of your vehicle are not used, please notify us at the time of service.
8 – Limited Warranty
Globo Auto Glass provides a limited warranty covering 100% of our labor on glass installation services. For glass materials supplied and installed by Globo Auto Glass, the warranty only applies to factory defects. If the glass is supplied by the customer, Globo Auto Glass is not responsible for any issues, defects, or breakage related to that glass. All warranty claims must be reported within 90 days of service. Claims made after 90 days will not be covered. Terms and Conditions: Globo Auto Glass is not responsible for any scratches, breakage, or damage that may occur during removal of old glass or installation of glass provided by another party. Windshield repairs are not guaranteed to prevent future cracking and the repaired damage may remain visible. We make every effort to remove glass debris from your vehicle, but customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle before use. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of service. For vehicles equipped with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), recalibration must be performed by your dealer to maintain safety and manufacturer warranty. Globo Auto Glass does not perform ADAS recalibration. After windshield and back glass replacement, we recommend waiting 1 hour before driving. Side windows can be used immediately, and we suggest 2–3 days before washing the car in an automatic car wash. If you have questions about this warranty, please contact Globo Auto Glass.
9 – Monitoring and Enforcement
Termination We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to: Monitor your use of the Services to ensure compliance with these Terms; Take appropriate legal action, including referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services; Refuse or cancel service, suspend access, or terminate your ability to use the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that we determine is harmful, unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate. Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities regarding any illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the Services. We may also suspend or terminate access to the Services if necessary for security, operational, or legal reasons, at our sole discretion.
